- Limited Warranty
BackspaceX offers a 90-day limited warranty for websites developed by BackspaceX, starting from the website’s launch date. - Bug Resolution
If any bug, malfunction, or fault is identified in a feature or element deemed “not working” as assessed by BackspaceX, it will be fixed free of charge. This applies only to issues caused by incomplete or improper work completed by BackspaceX during development. - Access Restrictions
The warranty becomes void if the Client or any third party acting on their behalf is granted FTP, Shell, MySQL, WordPress admin, or similar access to the website/system hosting or its control panel. - Modifications by Third Parties
The warranty may be voided if the Client or a third party installs extensions, plugins, or additional software on the website or modifies its code. - Third-Party Software and Hosting Issues
The warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party software, plugins, extensions, or server limitations. Similarly, problems arising from server changes or incompatibilities are excluded. - Future Compatibility
BackspaceX is not liable for issues caused by future updates to software, CMS, PHP, MySQL, or scripts. - Browser Compatibility
BackspaceX ensures the website functions correctly and renders properly on the current versions of major browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari, at the time of launch. - Future Browser Updates
BackspaceX cannot guarantee compatibility with future browser versions. However, BackspaceX can provide a quote for services to address functionality issues caused by such updates. - Client-Induced Errors
BackspaceX is not responsible for disruptions or errors caused by actions taken by the Client or their representatives. The Client is liable for costs incurred to resolve such issues. - Content Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property rights. BackspaceX does not assume liability for the content provided by the Client. - Compliance with Laws
The Client is responsible for the website’s compliance with state laws and regulations after publication. - Unauthorized Changes
BackspaceX is not liable for performance issues or damage caused by unauthorized software installations or modifications made by the Client or third parties. The Client may be charged for repairs resulting from such actions. - Final Review Responsibility
BackspaceX makes every effort to deliver a product free from grammatical and spelling errors. However, the Client is responsible for the final review and remains liable for any errors after delivery. - Copyright and Privacy
BackspaceX is not liable for copyright or privacy violations arising from materials provided by the Client. BackspaceX reserves the right to request proof of permission for such materials. - Domain, Hosting, and Security
The Client is responsible for managing domain and hosting services. While BackspaceX strives for security, it cannot guarantee a 100% hack-free system. Clients are advised to take regular backups through their hosting provider to prevent data loss. - Additional Services
Any redesigns, feature updates, or new feature additions requested by the Client will be performed on a payment basis, subject to consultation.
